Privacy Policy

WashScan ("we", "us") provides AI quoting software for exterior cleaning businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info. Name, email, business details you enter (business name, phone, service area, pricing preferences).
• Job content. Photos you capture, job descriptions you speak or type, and property addresses you enter, used to generate quotes.
• Customer estimate data. Names, contact details, and line items on estimates you create and send to your customers.
• Payment data. Subscription and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Payments to your business go through your own Stripe account.
• Usage data. Pages visited and product events (such as scans run), including via cookies and similar technologies like the Meta Pixel, used to improve the product and measure advertising.

How we use it

• To generate quotes: photos, descriptions, and property data are processed by AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google) and mapping data providers (Google Maps) solely to produce your estimate.
• To run your account: billing, support, scan metering, and product communication.
• To improve WashScan and measure marketing performance.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your photos to train our own AI models.
• We do not share your customer list with anyone.

Data retention and deletion

Your quotes and settings stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. To delete your account and data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Third-party services

We rely on Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and Google (AI analysis), Google Maps (property data), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
