Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WashScan. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

WashScan generates pressure washing estimates using AI from photos, descriptions, and property data, and lets you send estimates and collect customer payments through your connected Stripe account.

Estimates are suggestions

AI-generated measurements and prices are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing every quote before sending it and for the final price you charge your customers. WashScan is not liable for underpriced or overpriced jobs.

Subscription and billing

• WashScan is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Your plan includes a monthly scan allowance; additional scan credits can be purchased in the app.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; partial months are not refunded.
• Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.

Customer payments

Payments from your customers go directly to your Stripe account. A 1% platform fee plus Stripe's standard processing fees apply to each transaction. You are responsible for your own taxes, refunds, and disputes with your customers.

Acceptable use

Do not use WashScan to photograph people or private property without permission, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the scan system.

Your content

You own your photos, quotes, and customer data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
